Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
Delivery Times Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days
International shipping: 10-21 business days
Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
Returns
Return Eligibility Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Return Process

You will receive a return authorization number and instructions.

Pack the item securely with the return form included in your original package.

Ship the package to the provided return address.

iRiE PAPA has the right to refuse any return if the standards are not met that are described above.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified in writing by iRiE PAPA.
If an item is defective or we made an error, iRiE PAPA will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and process your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at iriepapawear@gmail.com.
If approved, we will arrange for a return shipping label and send a replacement at no additional cost.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.
International returns are subject to the same policy, but processing times may be longer.
